Refund & Returns Policy

Our payment provider is pending. No payments are currently taken, so there is nothing to refund yet. The terms below will apply once checkout opens.

Studio credits and the Studio Pass

• Unused credits. Credit bundles can be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided no credit in the bundle has been used.
• Used credits. Once a credit has been used to save or export a plan, that credit is non-refundable as the digital service has been delivered.
• Studio Pass. You can cancel the monthly pass at any time; it remains active until the end of the paid month and does not renew after cancellation.

Homeware returns

• You may return unused homeware accessories within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
• Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
• Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Your statutory rights

These terms are in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.
