  • Studio inputs. The room details you enter — room type, comfort goal, pieces and budget feel — used to calculate your readiness score. These are processed in your browser to generate results.
  • Contact details. Your name, email and message when you contact us or ask to be notified about paid plans.
  • Order details. If you later place a homeware order, the delivery and contact information needed to fulfil it.
  • Technical data. Standard server and analytics data such as approximate location, device and pages viewed.

How we use your information

  • To provide room readiness scores and styling plans.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To process and deliver homeware orders once checkout opens.
  • To maintain the security and performance of the website.

Lawful bases

We rely on your consent for optional notifications, on contract to deliver services and orders you request, and on our legitimate interests to keep the site secure and improve it.

Payments

Our payment provider is pending. We do not currently take card details or process payments through this site. When checkout opens, payments will be handled by a regulated third-party provider and we will not store full card numbers.

Sharing and retention
